Anders Kempe is Capital's chairman. He is also the chief executive officer of the JKL Group (JKL) the second-largest corporate communications counselor in the Nordic region. Kempe is one of the founders of JKL, which was established in 1985 and acquired by Publicis Groupe in 2002.

Kempe acts as a strategic counsellor to JKL’s largest clients, including many of the Nordic region’s blue chip companies in the financial services, energy, telecommunications, construction, transportation, media, IT, pharmaceuticals, venture capital abnd professional service industries, among others. He has a broad experience as a communications consultant and specializes in strategy, public affairs and financial communications.

Kempe has studied business administration at the University of Stockholm. He was born in 1960 and is married with three daughters.
