Richard is co-founder and Managing Director of Capital.  He has implemented corporate and financial communications campaigns and crisis management plans for a range of well-known international companies and organisations.

He has worked in communications for over ten years advising organisations on the most appropriate ways to consistently and correctly position themselves with all of their important stakeholders, whether internal or external. Richard has recently advised Bank of America, Cantor Index, Dubai International Financial Centre, Doughty Hanson, FIAT, Generation Investment Management, Hewitt Associates, Jabre Capital Partners, London Stock Exchange, MasterCard, NXP Semiconductors, Royal Philips Electronics, World Gold Council and a number of firms in the asset management, private equity and hedge fund industries.

Richard graduated with a BA Hons from Warwick University before completing an MA in Industrial Relations at Warwick Business School.
