Capital’s dedicated Special Situations communications practice was formed to assist clients in communicating many aspects of business change necessitated by the current economic crisis.

The practice consolidates our significant expertise in advising clients on the communications implications and execution in respect of material change events.  These include: workforce reductions, debt restructurings, divestments, occupational pension scheme funding, CEO transition, profit warnings, production cuts, litigation support and rights issues.

Recent examples have included support for clients across a broad range of sectors including technology, metals, healthcare, energy, private equity, banking, asset management and pension consultancy.
