INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

Employees are every company’s primary stakeholder. Effective internal communications to the internal audience drives engagement, helps to avoid costly issues and ultimately improves the bottom line.

Internal communications and employee engagement is no longer restricted to issuing a monthly employee newsletter and conducting a bi-annual townhall meeting.

Employees are every organisation's core stakeholder and strategic internal communications improves performance through employee engagement, staff productivity and improved HSSE standards.  In addition, issues such as industrial action can be managed or more importantly averted.

We approach internal communications from three perspectives:

1)   'Top down' communications - ensure that leaders and managers are empowered and equipped to tell a consistent, compelling and credible story to their people.

2)   'Bottom up' communications - make sure employees have the opportunity to ask questions, express their views and become ambassadors.

3)   'Inside out' communications - ensure an authentic and relevant story is told at any given time in a credible and clear way with key employees across relevant touch points.
