FRAN MCELWAINE TO JOIN CAPITAL MSL AS MANAGING DIRECTOR

 

Capital MSL ("Capital") today announced that Fran McElwaine is to join the firm as co-Managing Director of its Middle East operation.  Fran, who joins from Hill & Knowlton ("H&K"), will work with Kate Delahunty to manage and grow Capital's presence across the region.

Fran brings 30 years' experience of strategic communications gained across multiple geographies and sectors.  Most recently employed by H&K as General Manager, United Arab Emirates, Fran has also worked for H&K as Regional Director, responsible for business across Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Jordan, Practice Head of Change and Organisational Communications and General Manager of its Qatar office.  Prior to joining H&K in 2004, Fran was Director of Marketing and Communications for the Commercial Bank of Qatar and a Communications Consultant for twelve years in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.  Fran moved to the Middle East in the early 1990s following ten years' blue chip experience in London with international advertising agency DMB&B and renowned brand identity consultants Michael Peters and Partners.
