Anna Watson

Anna has 12 years’ experience in financial, corporate and business-to-business PR. She is an Associate Director at Capital MSL in Dubai, and current clients include ADCB, the World Gold Council, Moelis and INSEAD.
Anna moved to Dubai in August 2010. Prior to this, she was an Associate Director at financial services specialist Greentarget in London, where she was a founding member of the team in May 2006. She managed the RBC Capital Markets and RBC Wealth Management accounts, increasing the brands' profiles with pan-European media across various sectors including capital markets, natural resources, commodities, and wealth management. Other clients included KPMG Asset Management, BDO, HSBC and BUPA.
Anna joined Greentarget from Deutsche Bank where she worked as PR & Media Relations Manager. She managed the strategic planning and execution of media relations programmes across Europe, focusing primarily on the equity, FX, derivatives and prime services business lines. Prior to this, Anna was Press Officer for Commerzbank, where her remit included profiling the M&A, corporate finance, research and derivatives platforms on a pan-European basis. Anna started her career at Weber Shandwick Square Mile as an Account Manager delivering financial PR programmes for clients in the technology, retail and small-cap sectors.
